Full Support, Start to Finish
Our most comprehensive offering supports your team before, during, and after the show. We handle pre-show advising, prescriptions, and care coordination for anything that arises in transit or on arrival. On-site, everything from wellness and recovery to hands-on medical care is managed seamlessly in one place. After the show, care continues with follow-up and ongoing support to keep the team ready for what’s next.

We provide pre-show advising, prescriptions, and care coordination so artists can stay focused on the set. On-site, we offer hands-on medical support along with select wellness and recovery services tailored to the performance. It’s a streamlined approach that delivers high-level care without unnecessary overhead, keeping artists supported and ready to perform.

Whether it’s ongoing medical support beyond the show or dedicated coverage during critical hours, we make it easy to access high-level care.
Concierge Medical Services
Ongoing, on-demand access to physician-led care, available virtually or in person. Emergency physicians assess needs in real time and can evaluate, treat, and coordinate a full range of services—from routine concerns and urgent issues to prescriptions, recovery support, and referrals for labs, imaging, or specialists.
Access is provided on a per-service basis and subject to availability.
Standby Emergency Physician
Dedicated on-site emergency physician coverage during key show hours, equipped to assess, stabilize, and manage acute medical situations in real time, providing immediate expertise and peace of mind when it matters most.
Minimum: 8-hour minimum
