Alfred Vitsentzos

Co-Founder & Chief Operating Officer

Alfred is an experienced entrepreneur with roots in live entertainment operations, including running a catering business serving concert venues. He is also Co-Founder of Transcendence Mind and Body Wellness, giving him experience across both event operations and healthcare services. This dual perspective allows him to build systems that integrate seamlessly into live events, delivering high-level care without disrupting the flow of the show.

Dr. Max Lazarus

Co-Founder & Chief Medical Officer

Dr. Lazarus is a board-certified emergency medicine physician practicing in multiple hospitals across the New York metropolitan area. He is also Co-Founder of Transcendence Mind and Body Wellness, with experience spanning acute care, preventive health, and performance-focused wellness. He leads and assembles teams of board-certified emergency physicians and highly trained nurses, ensuring every show is supported by clinicians who are calm, capable, and built for high-pressure environments.

  • Emily Lao, RN

    A proud Jackson Heights, Queens native, Emily earned her BSN from Grand Canyon University in 2018 and launched her career through an ED fellowship at Nassau University Medical Center. The emergency department has been her home base ever since — fast-paced, high-stakes, and a true privilege. Offstage, you'll find her at pilates, the beauty counter, or making memories with her two kids.

  • Steve Orellana, MD

    A Florida native and board-certified emergency medicine physician, Steven came up the hard way — first as a paramedic on the scene, now as the doc you want when things go sideways. He completed his residency at Staten Island University Hospital and has worked the full arc of emergency care, from the curb to the resus bay. Offstage: a devoted husband and ultramarathon runner with a taste for long, quiet miles.

  • Belinda Castellano, RN

    Born and raised in Bushwick, Brooklyn, Belinda has spent five years in the ER and brings genuine clinical expertise and a real love for live shows to every venue. She started at CUNY, earned her ASN at St. Paul's School of Nursing in Queens, and completed her BSN at Denver College of Nursing. Offstage: a proud mom of two, a Disney devotee, and a self-proclaimed karaoke queen.

  • Barry Roux, RN

    A registered nurse since 2019 with 12 years in emergency medicine, Barry thrives where the stakes are highest and the pace never lets up. He earned his associate's degree from St. Elizabeth's College of Nursing and has built a reputation for steady leadership, sharp clinical instincts, and grace under pressure — exactly what you want in your corner when every second counts.

  • Trevor Njoku, RN

    Nigerian by heritage, Bronx-born and raised, Trevor has worked emergency departments across NYC and brings no-nonsense energy to every shift. Beyond the ED, he's a mentor — splitting his time between the resus bay and NYC public schools, where a Department of Education grant lets him teach kids about fitness and health. Offstage: an avid runner who just crossed his first marathon finish line.

  • Roman Domatov, RPh

    Owner and operator of Doma Pharmacy, Forest Hills' premier family-run pharmacy — and just one block from Forest Hills Stadium — Roman keeps the team stocked, fields on-demand medication questions, and sources whatever we need, fast. When the show needs a script filled or a clinical consult, Roman picks up. A trusted partner just steps from the stage.

  • Alexarae Vasquez, RN

    A Bronx native and Master’s-prepared Registered Nurse, Alexarae brings deep experience from emergency medicine. She earned her MSN from Capella University and has built her career around sharp clinical judgment and patient-centered care. Outside the hospital, she trains consistently, explores New York’s art and music scene, travels often, and is always chasing the city’s best food.
