About Us
At Concert Concierge, we distinguish ourselves from traditional tour medical teams by focusing exclusively on the unique needs of musicians. Our on-site emergency room physicians are dedicated to ensuring that medical issues or injuries do not jeopardize the show.
In addition to emergency care, we provide personalized treatments designed to help musicians optimize performance and enhance their recovery. By offering an unparalleled support system, our goal is to minimize any complications for touring musicians. We want musicians to focus on what they do best: creating unforgettable music.

Dr. Lazarus embarked on his career in 2008 as a personal trainer in both commercial and private settings before pursuing a degree in medicine. After graduation he continued to a 4 year residency at in East Meadow New York at Nassau University Medical Center a Level 1 trauma center accredited by both the AOA and ACGME, spending his 4th year as the Chief Resident.
Working on the front lines of the COVID-19 pandemic deeply shaped Dr. Lazarus’s perspective, bringing into sharp focus the gaps in mental health care and the need for more accessible, effective treatments. In the emergency department, ketamine is used frequently and safely for a variety of clinical indications, giving Dr. Lazarus firsthand experience with its powerful therapeutic potential and a deep understanding of its safety profile. He founded Transcendence Mind & Body Wellness, The Queens Ketamine Treatment Center, a Ketamine clinic in Forest Hills Queens.
His approach is grounded in evidence-based care, compassionate connection, and a belief that healing requires attention to both the body and the mind.
Dr. Lazarus' experience in high-pressure emergency medicine only emphasized the importance of proper nutrition and physical conditioning for optimal health and well-being. This lifelong commitment to fitness, combined with his passion for music and the arts, led Dr. Lazarus to establish Concert Concierge Medicine, a concierge backstage service providing wellness and emergency care to musicians at performances throughout the United States..
Dr Lazarus is board certified by the American Board of Emergency Medicine (ABEM). Outside of Transcendence and Concert Concierge Medicine he works at various emergency departments in NYC, and oversees the Mount Vernon Fire Department for the City of Mount in Westchester county, working both as a Director of EMS and Fire Medical Officer.
